Our minimum rent is 24 hours.
We charge 300 per succeeding hour or you can avail the 12 hours rate for extension.
Our main requirement is Passport for safety purposes, we strictly implement a No Passport No Booking policy. However, we also accept PRC ID for the absence of Passport.
The unit will be delivered with a full tank, you have to return it full tank as well or same fuel level as it was delivered.
Our units are RFID ready for easytrip and autosweep, you have to reload the cards if you will use them for toll gates. All excess loads with RFIDs will be refunded back along with the security deposit.
If there’s some changes with your rental dates, you have to inform us ahead of time atleast 2 days ahead before your rental date. We cannot accommodate last minute changes.
We can refund your reservation payment, if you cancel your booking atleast 2 days ahead before your rental date. Or you can use it for re-booking.
Our standard price for security deposit is PHP 5,000 within 0-399kms destination and we require PHP 10,000 for 400 kilometers and above.
Yes, our units are all insured (comprehensive insurance) and well-maintained.
We require the passport of the renter. Otherwise, we can use the passport holder’s name as the Renter for the rental contract.
We require a 1,000 reservation upon approval of requirements, so we can reserve or pencil-book the unit on your preferred dates. This will be deducted on your total rent price upon full payment.
Absolutely, as long as the billing address is same on your submitted IDs.
This is a holding deposit during the duration of your rental. If the unit has been returned in the same good condition, we will refund the security deposit.
Within 24-84 hours, since the unit will be inspected by our mechanics upon return and admins will check the RFID usage.
The client will shoulder the cost of damages for self-driven cars. For with driver service, GT Rentals PH will shoulder the costs.
